Team up with friends

Use version 0.6.1 on all devices. Open FRIENDS and connect. Share your friend code, accept the request, then host a 2v2 room and invite your teammate. Invites last two minutes and place you on the same team. Share the room code with two rivals to complete the match. Refresh to update presence. Online also offers private 1v1 rooms and separate solo-entry ranked 1v1/2v2 queues; ranked parties are not available yet.

Online XP, coins and ratings use a server-saved device account. You can change your display name in Friends. Keep the app's saved data: account recovery and mid-match rejoin are still pending. Leaving or disconnecting forfeits your character.

Temporary powerups

Random pickups now appear in solo and campaign matches. Snow Sprint adds 25% movement speed, Frost Guard reduces incoming damage by 35%, and Quick Pack speeds up charging by 30%. Each lasts eight seconds. Collecting another replaces the current buff. Bots can collect them too.

The first pickup appears after ten seconds, followed by an attempt every 14–20 seconds. At most two are on the map; uncollected pickups disappear after 25 seconds. Watch for coloured beacons and the HUD countdown. Pausing freezes buffs. Pickups are disabled in all PvP modes for this release.

More winter to explore

Campaign expands to 18 battles across five arenas. Frostline Station (48 x 36m) adds a clock tower, freight railway and wooded flanks. Aurora Harbour (56 x 40m) adds a beacon, dock barrels, boardwalk and fishing boat scenery. These two new arenas are solo/campaign maps; PvP keeps its three established arenas.

Solo Play offers Duel, 90-second Survival against returning rivals, and Snowstorm: clear three waves within three minutes, carrying health between waves. New campaign encounters also use those modes. Players who completed battle 10 automatically unlock battle 11.

Settings and customisation

Full shot charge now takes 1.35 seconds. Settings includes separate music and sound-effects volume, touch aim response, movement sensitivity, haptics and Low/Balanced/High graphics. Low targets 30 fps without dynamic shadows; Balanced and High target 60 fps. Actual frame rate depends on your device. A new original winter music loop plays in menus and battles.
